Hey guys please advice , i have been asked to submit extra documents and they have added an option of upload to my account , so do i need to just upload and they will get an update that i have uploaded them or do i need to inform by emailing or raising a webform , please advice thanks ,

Got two ghost updates yesterday any idea till when i could expect a decision??
Eligibility started on 8th Sep
Medical Passed 4th Sep
Biometrics 6th Aug
Applied on 29th July

I received a ghost update today as well. Applied July 11th and Elgibility started on 1st September. Let's hope we get a decision soon.

Error in AIP Sept 8th,
just received an update to submit additional documents (secondary school transcripts)

Not sure how long will it take now. No change in Medical and/or Biometrics so far though. Complete application.

I'd say 50/50. It also depends on what they asked for. The positive in this is that, they haven't refused the application yet and are considering it, which means there is not something fundamentally wrong with it. They will finally make a decision when they receive the requested documents. It could be positive or negative after submission. Chances of approval before request was 0% but now it's up to 50% now.
