The only method you can submit the landing fee is through 'Bank Draft' in the name of 'Receiver General for Canada' and in Canadian Dollars. I think these instructions are written quite clearly in the (green colored) Leaflet that must have accompanied your Medical Forms.

Anyhow get the Bank Draft made and mail it to London Visa Office.

Congratulations.

Landing fee is to be submitted in the form of bank draft. You can easily make the draft in Canadian Dollars by contacting any of the reputable Exchange companies in your city.

It doesn't mean everything is ok. God forbid you can still face rejection due to job duties mismatch or less points or any back ground problems. Thanks

I don't think so they consider house job as full time paid job. It's kind of internship and they give no weight-age to it.
