Normally if the Status is "In-Process" then within 4-6 months one can receive MR. But as far as CHC London concerns situation is very unpredictable. Think about those who have been stucked since 2004 and 2005. Have patience, don't be desperate. Fruit of patience is bitter but its taste is sweet.jungi said:dear canada1234,u know my stauts changed inprocess,,on 2nd jan nd here iis my time line would u like to tell me when i will get my MR?becoz u always help me alot nd i hope u will never mind it here is my timeline We received your application for permanent residence on October 21, 2009.

If the status is reflecting "Received By VO" & inside it is written "Pending Review" after 2nd AOR then it means the processing has not yet started on the file. When the status turns into "In-Process" from "RBV", inside it would be written as we have started processing on your file from so & so date. But most important E-cas is not always a reliable tool. Most of the time it reflects wrong information. I guess guys whose status has recently changed to "In-Process" & inside the date is mentioned that when the processing started on their file is correct.sunasir said:Dear Canada 1234
I think our mates are misinterprating "IN PROCESS" ,there status is showing "pending Review ".How could they say Status IN PROCESS ? Is it necessary to mention "we started processing on--------" If yes , then extracting IN process result from quoting after 2nd AOR which is "pending Review ".is just an emotional feeling nothing else .Sorry to say I dont want to heart any member but I think there is some misunderstanding.waiting for your opinion .

plz guide me where my case is standing right nw.
Not necessarily, most of the recent applications turn to In-process have the same old info upto RBVO and file Transfer to London stage, In-process date is not appearing, lot of ambiguity but my speculation is this its not the error, cases like me pre June applicant well deserve for this.canada1234 said:If the status is reflecting "Received By VO" & inside it is written "Pending Review" after 2nd AOR then it means the processing has not yet started on the file. You probably knew that StarAli ordered caips and the BF'd date was already passed when he received the results. I have seen others who ordered caips at same stage but got nothing. So caips are also not reliable at this stage. CHC London for Pakistan is acting totally different from other VO's.jakram said:Not necessarily, most of the recent applications turn to In-process have the same old info upto RBVO and file Transfer to London stage, In-process date is not appearing, lot of ambiguity but my speculation is this its not the error, cases like me pre June applicant well deserve for this.
I do agree Ecas is not 100% reliable, to get much clear pic of case one can order CAIPS.
