Pakistan Applicants Waiting For *Medical Request*...

Alhamdulilla, after submitting my updated documents on 11 Nov (CHC-Lon), I received my MR on 4 Dec by e-m. InshAllah, hopefully all of you will receive MRs soon too. I have less than 6 months passport validity. Do I need to renew my passport before going to medical centre or the medical centre accept passports of less than 6 months validity - please enrich my knowledge from your expert opinions or more preferably from your personal experiences.

1. Now LVO have chaged their system and they are sending medical through email (NDVO was doing the same already).

2. And now doctors will also send the medicals through internet by uploading your test report on their site and they will also fill all the forms directly on their site so there will no need to wait and confirm either your medical reached to LVO or not and also minimise the time and cost (Courier Charges).

First one they have already started and after that all medicals request will be through email. And for second they have already started to implement this and in many countries its now working and hope that soon it will be implement in Pakistan also.

He may only ask for POF. You can show in any form like bank draft, cash, travellers cheque, bank statement. Yes bank statements are accepted. It does not mean if you are carrying cash / tc / dd then he will also ask for bank statement. No need. thanks

Thanks. I'm taking POF in form of cash. I thought they might have asked for bank statement of same a/c fro where I withdrew the POF.

No. And Only 1% chance if he would really see your POF. He might ask but wont see. In 99% cases they are not bothered checking any thing..good luck and have safe journey.. When are you travelling dear and which city you going..?
