ohhh i m also a MI2 applicant.. i think MI2 started from June 26th, 2010, before that date was MI1 (i think)...
i read that your signature says that u applied in Feb 2010.. so that would make you MI1...
also u received the letter where they ask u to waiot 6 to 12 months.. so is there any update if it will happen in end of this year or in April 2013?

You are right MI-2 starts from submission of application from June 2010 onwards, HinnaJamal is MI-1 and not MI-2

ohh wow, u scored 7.0 on IELTS..!! thats quite impressive.. i scored 6.5 overall (after studying sooo hard, hehehehe) and in all category, and could only manage 7.0 in one category..
so did u apply b4 June 26th, 2010 or after?
i m hope i dont offend u by asking u soooo many questions, but asking to improve my understanding of the system.. since u seam to understand it well and explain it very nicely...
can i also ask what does the phrase mean, tea slips between tea and lips?

I have applied in noc 0111 as a finance officer but noc 0111 are suppose to be finance managers but my duties were that of finance manager, so would it affect my application as my application is in process, I have one more question now a days Iam finance manager so if I send them my latest update would that be a plus point..
I need ur suggestions....

I have read the FAQ on the CIC website in which the immigration minister answered the same question. The answer simply states that the JDs are more important than the degree you hold.
Likewise, if your employers have stated your JDs and position clearly that are in match with the ones mentioned on the NOC website, then near me you are safe . Wait for other members for more answers.

It doesn't matter what your designation was, job description is what that counts, if your job description matches that noc, you r good

As other members said JD's is the main critirion of NOC .For example more than 10 names/titles are acceptable for NOC 3112 like Medical office,health officer,family physician etc while JDs for all titles is same.

correct. Being a finance manager means it should be mentioned as finance manager on your employment letters. Title of occupation applying should be in sync with the employment letters..
