not a speculation my dear...VO confirms that too. Look at ur AOR...the average processing time and the time they give u for contacting them incase nothing is heard from them.....the difference in both time means they consider the procesing times from the day they have recieved your full app.

they recieved mine back in nov-10
they issued my an AOR in March-11
told me avg processing time is 12 months and i can contact them in 8 months if no further instructions are recieved...the 4 month difference is the time they took to issue AOR.........

Ohh! my apologies, actually I was mixing full docs with 2nd AOR. Ok, the time starts from full docs received by VO.

i persume the whole process will complete by the last quarter of 2012 for timelines like our's. our golder period of real In process>>>>MR>>>PPR will probably start from Nov-Dec 2011....

So as per their provided average time lines! our applications will be wrapped up some where around 2012..

i need your help/guidence

On 18 june i got my remedical request letter + form but these forms have issue date/stamp of 27 may 2011
these forms where dispatch from CHC isb on 15 june 2011 and i got them on 18 june 2011

i got the appointment on 28 june from abdul wakil karachi which was first available date
My query is

1 30 day time limits start from when (a) issue date i.e 27 may 0r (b) date of reception i.e 18 june

Normally the time to submit medical is within 60 days, so I guess there should not be any issue. Who told you that it is 30 days?

"you must contact a DMP with in the next 30 days to arrange a medical examination"

If do not book an examination within 30 days, or fails to undergo an examination, we will assume that you are no longer interested in proceeding to canada and will refuse your application

You can try to take an early appointment with another DMP Roohina Sattar in Karachi.

Look, cic has delayed your letter not you. You just write an email to VO [Islamabad]. Besides, when you send your medical & forms send also a covering letter explaining the whole situation, I'm sure it would be fine.

Please keep in mind it is written to contact DMP in next 30 days, the appointment date can be after 30 days. This is what is written in the instruction from CHC.
