so static it is frendss....do pray,not able to concentrate in study, jst thinking abt ths immigration,will be one year on 26 oct, for me being in this illusion....registered my exam for canadian medical council in january,stil so much doubts whether i will get immigration or not.......do pray i get medicals soon,very much in need of some happening in regard of this immigration, to concentrate in studiesss....

Inshallah all should be smooth from now onwards.....I'd like to give u some advice....don't think too much about Immigration cos it really can get to you....I had started coming to this thread very less cos i was getting stressed out about it....

Everything happens for a reason...we just need to hang in there and believe that whatever happens/or is happening is all for a reason

Since you have put in your part of effort and applied....the rest will be taken care of by Allah.....Inshallah !!!!!!

I really hope we all can meet up some day in Canada !!!!!! I like to think positive and thats why I say Canada...not Pakistan...if u know what I mean..

Well...my update is that I went "In Process" on 23rd Sep...address was missing for a couple of days...but is back now....just waiting for Med Req now...please pray I get it soon....Thx !!!

my timeline is as under,

NOC=3142
app. sent to CIO= Jan 2010
1st Aor=April 2010
Doc. Submitted to London visa office=August 2010
2nd Aor= Sep. 2010
Current status=In Process with received by visa office

Those applicant who have submitted their doc. to London in April 2010 have not received Med. up till now.

What do u think Should i apply in MI3?

Well....I know exactly how u feel....cos I have a few friends who are also from this timeline....they are also getting frustrated with the fact that they are not moving forward (compared to the new applicants)...

What do I suggest......well....

There are a few issues which I foresee:
* Money (Fees)
* IELTS (Providing another original score card)
* You are already "In Process" (u just need to wait ur turn, plus fees will not be refunded now)
* Justifying why u applied again (in my case my previous application was in a different NOC)

I guess it really depends how important u see this immigration...there is also a possibility that by the time u send ur new application ....get a new PER...get "In Process" again....ur previous application could be getting finalized....

I don't know how true it is...but someone said that the early 2010 applicants should be done by end of 2012....again i dont know how true that statement is...I think someone ordered CAIPS and it had some sort of date mentioned on it....

If money isnt a issue....and u can send the IELTS again....then why not....there's no harm...

I hope I made some sense...end of the day....it will all happen when it's meant to happen !!!!

Money and IELTS is not an issue i am going to appear in IELTS exam in this month. I will complete my file and wait till the end of 2010 if the cases till feb 2010 gets finalized by that time then i will not file again but if nothing happen then i will file my new application as time matters more than the application processing fee. I have only one fear that if they make any objection in my new file then my old application will also be effected. Although i can’t figure out any inconsistency in my documents but even though new file new assessment imparts some sort of fear.

Well if u r prepared to reapply and money is not an issue....u should have ur application forms all set and ready...the day u get ur IELTS result card....just go for it.....mail it out !!!!!

If ur first application gets processed before the new one gets into process...u can just withdraw the new one and get a refund for it....

Just make sure that u mention ur AOR number on it and give a justification that u are reapplying cos of the fast track option...also make sure that all the info given on the old application is there on the new one as well..

im pleased to inform u that i received my medical request today....alhamdulillah...

today morning after fajar prayer my consultant from canada called me to inform that he has my medical request form with him and that he has sent it to me by some express service, there is no passport request,no RPRF,it will come later INSHAAllah......

plz advise me any suggestions before going into a medical exam, thu it luks funny that a doctor is asking this ,but u know there is alwz room for seniors and experienced frends, so will welcome any help and suggestion offered by any.......

@ someone somewhere, u r such a kind hearted and encouraging person, waiting desperately for a similar update from urside (if better than me i will b happy).....best of luck

Mashallah !!!!! Great News Doc Sb !!!! I'm really happy for u....I hope and pray u get ur immigration done so u can get there in time for ur exam !!!!!! Is there any change in ur ECAS status....or any extra line about meds??

What i know about Meds is that its a simple blood test, urine test and an xray....there is a Doctor here in Islamabad (Dr.Neelofor) in Ali Medical, F-8, Islamabad....i've heard she is really good and tries to help people...Ive also heard about others who are a Pain in the........well u know....

Just try to find out about the Doc u'll be going to...the last thing u need is to get stuck with the wrong type who will irritate u and demotivate u.....anyways...

Best of Luck..do update us as soon as ur consultant sends u the forms....

Well u can order CAIPS...as a lot of people suggest....and send them an inquiry...

What we can do for u is pray !! Inshallah u'll be getting into process very soon followed by ur Med request......
