I am one of pre june 2010 applicant and my NOC is still in new list(29).Visa office is London.
Untill now u hv advised to the people who belong to pre 2008 group but i m pre june 2010 aplicant.
Should i apply again as i dnt know when my file will be processed.

First of all can u tell us what NOC do u fall under....
Secondly, what is ur current status and timeline?? Have u received 2nd AOR and have u submitted ur full docs yet??

I guess I can at least suggest you what to do after knowing complete details.....

so did your status change on Sept 19th, 2011 and u just checked it on Oct 2? or did iut change sometime in Oct with the date as sept 19?
your timeline is pretty close to mine, so Inshallah mine can chnge soon as well.. so far still RBVO..

you can easily judge which noc is higher priority. just see the cap status and you can understand which noc is higher priority.

my timeline is as under,

NOC=3142
app. sent to CIO= Jan 2010
1st Aor=April 2010
Doc. Submitted to London visa office=August 2010
2nd Aor= Sep. 2010
Current status=In Process with received by visa office

Those applicant who have submitted their doc. to London in April 2010 have not received Med. up till now.

What do u think Should i apply in MI3?

On July 1, 2011, the eligibility criteria for Federal Skilled Worker applicants changed.

Between July 1, 2011, and June 30, 2012, a maximum of 10,000 complete Federal Skilled Worker applications will be considered for processing. Within the 10,000 cap, a maximum of 500 Federal Skilled Worker applications per eligible occupation will be considered for processing within this same time frame.

These limits do not apply to applications with an offer of arranged employment (job offer).

I get what ur r saying regarding which NOC has more applicants....but I don't believe that they are given more priority in regards to processing....anyways....congrats on getting ur Meds done...Inshallah PPR should be coming soon....we'll be waiting for ur update !!

Well...my update is that I went "In Process" on 23rd Sep...address was missing for a couple of days...but is back now....just waiting for Med Req now...please pray I get it soon....Thx !!!

so static it is frendss....do pray,not able to concentrate in study, jst thinking abt ths immigration,will be one year on 26 oct, for me being in this illusion....registered my exam for canadian medical council in january,stil so much doubts whether i will get immigration or not.......do pray i get medicals soon,very much in need of some happening in regard of this immigration, to concentrate in studiesss....
