"You have indicate that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC code: NOD 3112, General Practitioners and Family Physicians. Although the NOC code corresponds to an occupation specifies in the instructions, you have not demonstrated that you demonstrated that you have a minimum of one year of continues full-time or equivalent part time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years.
Since you did not provide satisfactory evidence that you have work experience in any of the listed occupations, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and you applications is not eligible for processing".

If that is the case that they didn't talk about job duties then you are all rite. Please send your reconsideration letter as soon as possible to program manager. I am surprised why they didn't check the dates on your experience letter. I remember you told you have consultant too. What is he doing? Just for guidance you can check the following link.

how can you be so sure that they are not talking about duties, may be they didnt find the required duties in the letter and I dont think so they will clearly mention in all the cases in the rejection letter the clear cut reason of rejection.

I am sure because I have seen rejection letters of other rejected applicants and "mhmlhr" is one of them where they clearly talked about job duties mismatch but in her case there is no such thing thats why I asked her to copy paste her rejection letter.

Dear I think either some documents were missing from her file because of negligence from visa office or from her consultant or they just overlooked. Seems carelessness. But now she needs to write a comprehensive letter stating she did provide requisite work experience. Thanks

I finally got an email from LO VO, and they have asked me to submit Updated Schedule A Background/ Deceleration form.
I guess i am supposed to send the new format? Right?
and can someone kindly tell me that I have relocated to an other city recently, should i mention that? and should i write them a letter for change of my address?
PS. they asked me to send them the forms by post, should i send on the same address given below in email? and what if i send the reply to email with updated forms in attachment?

don't hide any change in ur cercumstances even chage of location or change in address.
if visa officer clealy mentioned to send singed n dated form by post/courier then follow as instructed. but suggest u send one file attachment too.

i was asked to submit schedule A scan copy by email in 15 days and visa officer give confirmation also.

what are intials of ur visa officer?
how may days vo give to send forms?
i believe u will get medical request soon...
