Hi sho,
I got my refusal letter yesterday and the reason they stated is that
"you have work experience in an occupation with the following code NOC-3112. Although you have not demonstrated that you have a minimum of one year of continues full-time or equivalent part time, paid work experience in the occupation in the last ten years."
Though i have an experience letter of ten years part time and 10 years full time. I am also thinking of asking them to reconsider my case. I would like some help in this regard. I would like you to tell me a rough sketch of experience certificate. I could really use some good advice here. I need to send my reconsideration letter as soon as possible so please its kind of urgent. I'll be looking forward to your help.

Hi Dr. Paro,
your NOC 3112 belongs to "General Practitioners and Family Physicians".
so from what i understand you need to have atleast a MBBS degree, and then atleadt 1 year experience working as a doctor in some hospital in Pakistan.
now on your experience letter, i believe you should write the details similar to what is written on the NOC website..
for NOC 3112 the following is provided on the NOC website:
General practitioners and family physicians perform some or all of the following duties:•Examine patients and take their histories, order laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic procedures and consult with other medical practitioners to evaluate patients' physical and mental health
•Prescribe and administer medications and treatments
•Perform and assist in routine surgery
•Provide emergency care
•Provide acute care management
•Vaccinate patients to prevent and treat diseases
•Deliver babies and provide pre-natal and post-natal care
•Advise patients and their families on health care including health promotion, disease, illness and accident prevention
•Provide counselling and support to patients and their families on a wide range of health and lifestyle issues
•Perform patient advocacy role
•Co-ordinate or manage primary patient care
•Provide continuous care to patients
•Supervise home care services
•Report births, deaths, and contagious and other diseases to governmental authorities.
so my advice is to send them a updated experience letter with the above job specifications and clearly mention the start date and end date of your job.. if you are still working then write "PRESENT" as your end date..
i hope i have been of help. so do try to apeal your case and dont loose hope.. inshallah things will work out for the best for all of us..
