Dear Guys,

I have done Bachehor In Chemical Technology from Karachi University from 2002 -2005 , its a four year degree and having following profile;

Qualification : 16 years of Education ( Bs in Chemical Technology)

Experience : Ist Job 2006 ro 2010 as a R & D Chemist ( Textile Auxiallaries) around 4 years 2 months and 2nd Job : around 2 years from 2010 to till now as an Asst Technical Sales Manager ( Textile Auxiallaries)

Englisgh Language : 6.5 in Listening and 6.5 in speaking

French : Delf A1 ( speaking 22 /25) and listening (21/25)
Delf A2 ( Speakingg 22/24) and listening (12.5/25) recenetly results are innounced by AFK.
Age : 30

Status: Single

Co : Pakistan

Please advise about my total points, i am going to fila case this month.

guys after some reading i guess for people like docpak,jewa etc who have already done their medicals and have been waiting long should order their GCMS notes to see the clear picture of their case. i found out that there are mainly two checks that take considerable amount of time. they are

1) security

2) criminality

criminality is usually fast and its something to do with your name and they put search on your name through different databases. it starts when you get AOR from visa office. security check can take longer and it depends on ur origin and number of countries visited etc.

i would recommend people who have been waiting long after medicals to immediately order GCMS to check the staus of their file

on an average the processing time under new rules is 12-16 months.......some time 18...
in my case its 15th month ending, so i dnt think that there is any need to panic abt present situation
i agree that security checks are more time requiring for applicants residing in pakistan, but let me share with you that the average time the take for these back ground checks is 3 months, for some it comes after 2 months and for some its 5 months.....
i think few Pakistani got visa i mention names of fareeha, Dr who, and Jashan (he recently got his step two letter )
inshaALLAH things will move in desired direction soon.i dont think there is any need to order caips,as long as one is under 16 months processing time........and as far as the status of the file is concerned me and jewa both knew that it is under back ground checks,and back ground checks after medical results receiving update are most probably the security checks......
its all my opinion and understanding, appreciate your advice and research....

Friends,

As per rule you only need to send following original documents with application to NS from july 2011.

1. POF
2.Experience letters
3.Ielts
4.PCC

I also have applied with above mentioned documents on 14Th Oct2011 and got PER on 5th Jan2012. All remaining documents were notarized copies neither i have attested my educational documents from HEC nor i have sealed them from universities.

Its my observation from post july 2011 thread in the cases of LVO.
Now days they are sending MR after PER and no AOR.
I have seen this in 5 cases out of 6 cases who got MR.

Hi docpak,

The people u have mentioned (fareeha, Dr who, and Jashan) are old applicants i think from pre june batch and not post juners. from post juners just sam786 is the only one residing in pakistan got visa..no one else..some post juner pakistanis got visa but they are not living in pakistan...

i saw some worrying queries from u and jewa that u ppl are frustrating so i thought to inform u... y i asked for GCMS bcz it can exactly tell u the up to date status of ur application that wat has been done and wats left...in my case i would definitely order in a month or so to see wats happening there..

thats fine if u r happy without ordering gcms...gud luck to u and the rest...thx

n u r rite abt worrying comments of mine, actually i irritate to see myself always on upper limits of time,y couldnt my pass port request arrive in 2 or three months time,u know i remained RBVO for a year and then got medical, n now again time range for PPR considered to be 2-5 months and im heading toward upper extreme that is what actually irritate me....uncertainty remains as long as we are thru.
i pray may there be no need to order CAIPS,its the last resort,i will take it after a month n a half or so,if God forbidden not heard anything from CHC..

may Allah help us all to complete this process smoothly and fastly and make it good for us.ammin

I am FSW1 NOC 3112 - London VO. My timelines are as follows.

Application received by CIO in 2nd week of April 2011.
PER in week 2 of May
RVBO in 2 week of June
In-Process in week 2 of July
MR + RPRF etc in 3 week of July
Medical done in 3 week of August
Medical recived by VO in last week of August
Ecas " Medical Received" in 2 week of October
PPR 1 in last week of Oct
PPR 2 in first week of Nov
DM today.

he is april 2011 applicant and sam786 was march 2011 applicant....march and april were lucky guys i suppose.....i think that time post juners were moving very fast bcz of latest instructions issued from minister kenny....just guessing........
