So, all the Canadian immigration program, with no relations to its goals and needs, depends only and solely on bureaucrats who are administering it. And as we know, they are very sluggish and ineffective, and taking in account recent 6 month strike, selfish and self-serving too.
Doesn't matter who is in the office now, Kenny or Alexander or any other guy, what they say or plan, they have no control of this process, until they realize the root of the problem.
