msaeed, I don't see your point of quoting this meaningless letter from VO, which basically says nothing more that since they have sent you AOR one year ago your application is still in a queue for reviewing.

Please, elaborate.

SIr

I supported / accepted your views that Backlogs will not clear easily.
That was point.

Stay Blessed.

Kind Regards

Sir

They keep on guessing individual , I am sure every applicant has done nothing other than waiting and waiting for his turn - We have become mentally sick. They committed immigration for MI 1 in 18 months , then started processing Old lot , then stopped Old and MI 1 , and started MI 2 , then came a super idea of MI 3 ...........................

Their statics , as on April 09,2013 show a stunning picture;

1. Old Cases / Applicants :- 2115 / 6928
2. FSW MI 1 Cases / Applicants :- 14,195 / 40,871
3.FSW MI 2 Cases / Applicants :- 3,518 / 9,695
4.FSW MI 3 Cases / Applicants :- 7,456 / 19,160

Total :- :- 27,376 / 76,659

So friends , no chance that this backlog will finish in 2014 , as 6 months have been wasted in "Strike For Rights"

Stay Blessed

Visa Offices do not follow any policy - They work on cherry picking or in Punjabi Anee Wah policy , my sister applied in 2009 , and still waiting for any progress on her case , when every she drops CSE , gets 'Standard Response"

May Allah Help us , now and for ever.

Ameen

dear all ,

let them do any damn thing regarding their visa. but what is paining is keeping our passport with them.

Exactly, they never addressed the root of the backlog problem, all the did was just a huge cut of accepted applications.
Nothing has been done to reduce actual processing time per application.

So, all the Canadian immigration program, with no relations to its goals and needs, depends only and solely on bureaucrats who are administering it. And as we know, they are very sluggish and ineffective, and taking in account recent 6 month strike, selfish and self-serving too.

Doesn't matter who is in the office now, Kenny or Alexander or any other guy, what they say or plan, they have no control of this process, until they realize the root of the problem.
