I am not sure i understand your question.

A) you were married here in Canada
B) you both have been in Canada on some legal status prior to that too and you have been living together? NO?

That must have been evident based upon your last status.

If some one was married outside and there is no clear evidence that they have been living together as a married couple, adding some documents showing that would help. Since that clarifies the 'marriage of convenience' i.e. shows its a genuine relationship and not just some fake marriage to get into Canada (a lot of people do that).

Yes, we got married here in Canada (Alberta, to be more specific).. but as I said, it is recent.. 2 months ago!
I am sorry, but I think I misunderstood what you said about legal status.
Again, my current situation is:

me and my husband are from Brazil,
got married here in Canada!
I hold multiple-entries visa and he holds a work permit skilled d position..

My concern was applying for the owp through him with such a recent marriage certificate.. that is why I asked if it is needed to provide more proof that this is a true relationship.

I see so your prior status in Canada wasn't tied to each other or does even show that you are / were together.

Yes then in such a situation, you should attach further proof of relationship although i would say that a legitimate ceremony that happened in Canada and has legal documentation carries more weight than the one done abroad i.e. its harder to fake one here. So some pictures / reservation of event etc. should be more than enough along with actual legal marriage certificate.

Oh , I see what you mean.. Yeah, when I applied for my visitor visa and my husband for his wp, we were still single ( as we could not apply as common-law because we did not have 1 full year of cohabiting..)
So this application would be the first one as married..
But we did not do anything very big, as we were trying to save some money! Our ceremony was very simple, with only my brother / his wifes and the kids.. is this gonna be a problem?
should I provide then proof that we are together for 7 years, like providing pictures in a time-line or something like this?
