Yes I know...
But despite what you may think or hear... Refugees are always processed last.
So we should use this as a guide and expectation for our applications.
There are many factors which may affect every particular case: country of origin, dependents (their number, age, their documents), forms and its correct or incorrect fillings, VO and its working style, a particular officer's work habits and etc. Only thing we can do is to use all possible leverages: web-forms, bombarding by e-mails, approaching to MPs, make sure that VOs received your docs, and etc. Also, to best of my knowledge the key matter in this process is time! Keep patience, stay strong, believe there is nothing wrong, and the Canadian immigration mechanism generally works pretty well!
I worked with two different offices a number of times (Warsaw and Ankara), processing times were different, from 4 to 6-8 months.

No thing till now my wife with three kids waiting it is hard time fo all , I wish it will not take long time like our DM process .I know pepole get the medical test after four months from the landing date .I hope all of we will get somthing next month.

You already got PR so it’s ok you can travel,Canadian PR Cards are valid for a 5 year period. You are free to travel outside of Canada during that 5 year period. However, upon renewal of your PR Card, you should have accumulated at least 2 years of residency in Canada within that 5 year period
Yeah that’s right I traveled several time by using travel document and PR as well however my question is if it will effect the application or not . If I have to wait inside Canada and keep working and paying tax until my husband got his DM
It would be best for you to primarily live in Canada while establishing yourself to prepare for your husband’s arrival. Whether that means working, going to school, taking language classes, etc.
