We can see here In you case , it took almost 4 month from submission the forms to VO to receive PPR , I think this is the average, some cases less than 4 months and some cases more than 4 months

Unfortunately nothing yet. I feel even worse for Sammy who’s been waiting for an update since Feb. 2019 when he had his DM.

Wow that’s really taking a long time. They haven’t requested anything since DM?!!
This processing time is for spousal sponsorship, not reunification for refugees.
They requested all forms and evidence in December when file transfered to VO, I got pre arrival email in March, and then nothing

I called VO CIC several time and I was told it still under processing for background check. I contact MP recently and I am waiting to hear back. Hopefully I will get a good news
