We got a letter from IRCC stating that our application falls In the pilot program category. They asked to submit the forms and documents asked in the checklist. My husband is principle applicant, and it was said that we will send an email to dependent email for checklist documents. But I haven’t received any such email yet. What should we do? Thank you

What of your husband who you said is the principal applicant. Hasn’t he received such email? Let him check. Who is your dependent and where is he/her?

Husband is protected person in Canada, we are Outland dependents, he got the email. My question is he got an email stating that your dependent will also receive an email containing a checklist to be submitted shortly, but I haven’t received any email yet, what should we do ? Should send them forms of the dependents only ?

it is sent when principal applicant gets that letter you mentioned. Did the principal applicant gave same email on both applications? Otherwise you should have gotten it.

And in dependent’s form, entered my email address.

we have already sent them forms of principle applicant and dependents, they sent a letter saying our case will be handled in pilot program, on 27th April got this letter, and within 30 days have to reply them, but there is no checklist sent to my email, what should we do ?

just my personal experience i never order whole wait time any gcms notes as a protected person my all tensions in immigration process belong to ircc if

You dependents should have gotten it. Its impossible did they check there junk folder. You need that checklist to be attached with your dependents documents. For me I entered same email for both, so I got all the letters. If your dependents still did not receive it. Contact IRCC right away. Contact them by phone and also fill a webform with the URGENT inquiry.

send webform fastest way as a proof of inquiry and then check your emails

YES, the letter states all the dependents listed in the PR application

Yes, you are missing a separate letter that is usually sent to dependents when the principal applicants receive a letter too.
that letter contains a checklist and they give you 30 days to submit all the required documents listed in that checklist
