I made search to findout about this email but I couldn’t find this email in their page Also some members in this forums said that they are using this emailldnimmigration@international.gc.ca

So based on the received letter, I guess you must send all requested documents via mail to the following address:
High Commission of Canada to the United Kingdom in London
Canada House,
Trafalgar Square,
London
SW1Y 5BJ
So all requested documents should be hard copy ( printed documents) .This is what I understand from the letter. I hope anyone here communicate with London visa office to advice
