Updating time line

Hello everyone,
I have an update today. Here are old and new updates. The main applicant is me and the applicant according to this process is my son.

2022-11-16: PR application submitted through PR Portal, for me as main applicant; I added: my wife, and two kids ,11 and 6 years old (all in Toronto), and my other son who lives in Iran but his age at that time was 25. I asked them to consider my 25 years child as a dependent child (well documented).
2023-05-25: I received a letter as an email with G000… file number that asked for recompleting the Schedule A form for me and my wife. In addition, they asked for a Police Certificate from a country other than my original country.
2023-05-25: AOR
2023-06-29:
After 2 days of challenging, I could connect the application to GCkey Account. The account shows me, my wife and two children with us in Canada but nothing from the 26 years old son.
2023-12-08: I received Invitation to Pre-arrival services in my GCKey account (useless).
2023-12-11: Finally, and surprisingly, my son in Iran received an email as Medical Examination Instructions with a separate G000 file number.
2023-12-14:
Medical Examination done.
2023-12-14: I and my son both received same emails according to my son for his newly completed Forms Generic Application Form [IMM0008] - Schedule A [IMM5669] - Supplementary Information – Your Travels [IMM5562] - Additional Family Information [IMM5406] and Police Certificates, Passport Copies, and Birth Certificates (all his document already had been uploaded on 2022-11-16 ).
2023-12-18: I received an email:

We always have replied to their email with attached documents and it works. Their email has asked to do it:
"We strongly encourage you to provide the documents electronically via your online IRCC account. Please provide the requested document(s) from the Application Details page, click the “View submitted application” button at the bottom of the page and follow the instructions provided on the Documents Submitted page.

If you are unable to access your IRCC account, you may send the documents via email to ANKRAIMMIGRATION@INTERNATIONAL.GC.CA"
I have not been able to connect it to account.

Download PDF24 it's free, use the compressed icon to make your pdf smaller than 2mb.

You can upload two files that will not be more than 3.5mb or one file that will not be more than 2mb. Ensure the file is in PDF format. Compress as appropriate to fit into the requirement.

It will not upload like that. Let the combination of the two PDF files not be more than 3.5mb. It could be 1.8mb & 1.7mb or 1.9mb & 1.6mb. I have submitted like this and it uploaded. Good luck if you’re able to upload 3.5mb at once.

What I did i made two pdf files and uploaded first file and then uploaded second file successfully but there is no confirmation that they received the documents. Secondly is there any other way as mentioned in email to upload your documents through IRCC Secure method means GCkey but my gckey account show only dependennt Who are in Canada and I can’t link my dependent application with Gckey
