I opened a ticket with Canada post and called them as well. They said sometimes it is delivered at mailing rooms of government buildings and the status is not updated. I even sent an email to CPC Ottawa. I am not sure if there is anything else I can do. Most likely it was delivered, since according to a different thread on this forum quite a few people see this happen. So fingers crosseddesolate said:@ gigalu make sure its delivered there cause mine shows it was delivered on Monday Nov 23rd.
I don't think so. You could email CPC Ottawa, but chances of them replying back are remote.mn096104 said:thank you for your sharing guys, apart from keep tracking the prepaid returning tracking number, is there any other ways to know how the processing goes?
Thank you so much for sharing, this is very helpful~and Congratulations~~Buletruck said:For those who are interested (and probably waiting nervously), we received the PPR on November 9, sent it the same day and was delivered on November 10. Tracking on the return envelope activated today (November 25) at 4:30. We expect it in Edmonton Friday. So 11 working days to process. 17 days total, including weekends/holidays.

Can you also share when is your expiry date on COPR or Permanent residency visa on passport?Buletruck said:Some points of interest:
Got the COPR today through Express Post. That would make the pick up at CPC Ottawa November 26. The COPR was approved November 12 (received November 10, November 11 stat holiday), then it took 14 days just to get to the mail room!
