OUTLANDERS ALBERTA EE profile is processing or not April 2020?

I am also looking for this, i got NOI on March 4th 2020 and submitted complete application for nomination on 3rd April, got file number on 8th of April 2020 and recently they updated changes due to Covid-19, i am outlander, not sure if they are processing or holding or declining applications already in process with file number. Please help if you get any information, this is really worrying when you did lot of efforts and submitted the application.
I strongly believe that ur candidature will be processed check the first few lines. its temporary and ur current candidate. It's me who gets affected
Temporary changes as of April 29, 2020
Current candidates are defined as candidates who mailed their application on or before April 29, 2020.
Submitting applications
We will accept copies for all document types, as well as copies of signatures on forms from both new and current candidates, including:
copies of candidate, spouse/common-law partner, dependant and representative signatures on application and request forms
copies of educational transcripts for Post-Graduation Work Permit holders
We may confirm the authenticity of signatures and transcripts by other means, including phone and email.
We will only accept applications by mail. We will not accept electronic applications.
New candidates may submit an incomplete application only if they:
meet all Selection Criteria for their AINP stream, but are missing some documents to demonstrate they meet criteria due to COVID-19
include a written explanation as to why the document(s) cannot be acquired
provide evidence they have requested the document(s) from the individual or organization who will issue the document or evidence the issuing body is not issuing documents due to COVID-19, and
for the Alberta Opportunity Stream, they include either valid language results or proof of registration for a language testing session on or before October 29, 2020, or
for the Alberta Express Entry Stream, they include valid language results and an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA)(if applicable)
New applications that do not meet these requirements will be declined.
If a current candidate cannot provide documents due to COVID-19, they must provide:
a written explanation as to why the document(s) cannot be acquired, and
evidence they have requested the document(s) from the individual or organization who will issue them or evidence the issuing body is not issuing documents due to COVID-19

I got an NOI on 29 April 2020. I've sent in my paperwork and got a file number. I really do hope something comes off this, I've waited so long for this opportunity.
Are things still ON HOLD for NOIs sent to candidates outside Canada on or after 29 Apr 2020? Have there been any updates?

Hope so, but things are not moving at all for outlanders. There is a chance AINP discard all outlanders since economic situation is changed.

Could you please update me as outlanders can process their application for alberta or not?
ECA done equivalent Masters in microboology , IELTS 6.5 ( not less then 6) CLB7, in laws lives in Alberta ( brothers in law and Mother in law) , lecturer in medical university, NOC 4011, Age 30.
Please do let us confirm for which program we can submit our either Alberta express entry stream or Alberta oppertunity stream
You are only eligible for Express Entry stream as opportunity stream is for those who live and work in the province.
