So you have to create a Express Entry profile. Are you eligible for EE (min. 67 points)? If you are nominated by Alberta do you want your wife to come to Canada with you (accompanying)? If you plan to move to Canada without her and then sponsor her later, then no. But if you want her to come then she needs to complete IELTS and have her education assessed.
