Outland - Where to send application - Canada or Visa Office

This must have been discussed / posted already but if anyone can again advice us

My wife is naturalized Canadian lives with me in Saudi Arabia. We are applying outland, obviously since my wife lives with me.

We were discussing with friends and just got confused either our application will go to Canada - Mississauga or we can directly send to Abu Dhabi . The point was made that application goes to Canada if Sponsoring person lives in Canada since we both lives outside Canada so we can send our applications to Abu Dhabi?

Can anyone please make this clear

Send it to Mississauga.

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/immigrate/sponsor/spouse-apply-how.asp has all the information on spousal sponsorship, including where the application should be sent. The application package also has the address information in it. As Eowyn said, in your case, you send it to CPC-M at Mississauga.
