Outland Sponsorship Paper based, Linking to GC key

Hi All,
I applied for outland sponsorship for my wife.
The application was received on April 6 and I got my AOR on April 14.
I have received my medical request recently. But still, I am unable to link my application to my GC key account.
Please help with this.

What did you try so far? There's a guide on the spreadsheet showing step by step how to link. Try that.

Could You please redirect me to the spreadsheet,
I tried with application number and UCI,
Application number and family name combination,
Tried with applicant's passport number and place of birth,
I have my wife and son in the application, so tried with 2 and 3 as the total number of applicants.
