Hey all,
Sorry I know this is repetitive, but I have tried searching in here and cannot find recent info. Im an aussie, living and working in Canada with my Canadian fiance. My iec expires July 2015. From reading in here it seems I should just do the outland app. However, on the generic app it asks for my address and status in that country. Am I putting Canada or Australia? Also am I photocopying my iec and sending it in? Or am I basically just pretending I dont live here?
It appears as though my outland app will probably be processed before my visa expires, so this seems to be the way to go...And just to confirm, can I definitely still work on my iec until it expires if I submit this outland app?
Thanks so much guys!

You can put your Canadian address for your residential address and your mailing address. There's nothing sketchy about it. Your status in Canada is IEC. (I guess you should copy it and send it in? Though, I'm sure, they have you in their system.)

Sure, you can work until your IEC expires, regardless of your Outland application. And once it expires, you have to stop working, unless you got PR already.
