outland application question

Hello,

My spouse's outland application is under progress (AOR, medical, biometric, eligibility completed). She has her visitor visa and is planning to visit Canada for around 4 months.
1) At immigration, should she specify that her outland application is under progress or mention this only if asked?
2) Where do I raise the web-form so that I can update the residential address in the application?

She needs to be truthful if asked, but she doesnt need to give a reason other than visiting spouse as that is the purpose of her visa.

if you search for update address IRCC it will bring up the page.
