I am currently out of status. LMIA based work permit is refused. Visitor record is refused. currently on restoration period. LMIA is applied since JUNE ,2024. expedited thrice. they are replying that the LMIA's are assigned as of April,2024. What is the best solution for me to do? as if I apply something that will also include restoration status and the refusal rates are so high that that I will loose my restoration period as well.

But I am currently on restoration period. I have not filed any restoration of my status yet. I have 90 days to restore status.

You can try restoring your status to visitor. But all this will potentially do is allow you to remain in Canada longer as a visitor.

If the LMIA is approved, you need to apply for a work permit from outside of Canada. You cannot apply from within Canada.

What is your ultimate goal? If it's to work, then it may not make sense to stay and potentially get another refusal.

as the refusal rate is higher these days, I was told that once I left CANADA then the chances of coming back to CANADA after approval is close to 0.

Any other Solution. What if I get married to someone who is PR or open work permit or even LMIA based closed Work permit?

That would be immigration fraud. Given your multiple attempts to remain in Canada suddenly getting married to someone with status in Canada, especially if you don’t have proof of a dating history, would raise significant red flags for IRCC.

You make it sound like restoration period is some sort of status to remain in Canada. You have no status and each day you continue to remain here is counted as overstay.

If I were to guess, you are probably still working under table so honestly marriage and getting sponsored might just work out. I mean once you are deported, you aren't coming back anyways so why not commit some more fraud and see if it sticks. I would also recommend having a kid in Canada which will add a few more years of H&C stay.

Canada's immigration system has lost its integrity, you might just fall through the cracks. You are welcome and Good luck.

P.S. If it was up to me, I would like to see same level of enforcement in Canada as currently in US to weed out all illegals. As much as I hate Trump, he has my full support on immigration. Peace.
