Same thing happened to me! I was so excited to see the PPR email, but when i read the attachment, it's addressed to another applicant..., are you in Calgary? ;D.... Anyway, I wrote back to them, and very quickly, I received mine....

Good news!

I believe everybody will get PPR very soon!

I used Fedex! They didn't let me prepay a waybill but they provided the embassy with my account # so that they can charge it.

As Bigbryan 's medical results have been received on Aug.22 and mine was on Sept. 26, I hope I get my turn for PPR in late Oct. or early Nov. Would it be reasonable? ;-p

Based on my assumption the PPR are getting on their application filed dates,Mine was filed on Jan'26,2011 and medicals done on July,24,2013, still I am waiting for my PPR.

I have also had my file transferred to mexico city office. They requested updates on forms, pay the permanent residence fee, and to do medicals. Medicals were done in July. Forms were sent first days in september. Now my ecas status shows medicals received and in process. I hope this means everything is ready to receive passport requests.

The strike is now over. This should mean that the rest of our files will be processed faster!
