Approx. 2-1/2 months,
I believe there are also 3 Applicants registered in May sheet did the test in Ottawa on same day 3rd of Dec.showing same status like you (No DM) ,

Relax since no documents requested or FP requested for approx. one month , it should be good signs.

Finally I received today oath invitation on 20th DEC,2016 For Ottawa

Here below my time line:

Appl.Rcvd. 28 MAY, 2015
Appl process 24 Aug, 2015
Test. 03 Dec,2015
DM. 05 Dec,2015
Oath 20 JAN,2016

Ok, seems like all 3 of us had different officers

Let's wait and see what this week brings and reconnect after.

I don't think an ATIP request within 3 months of the test would be productive. Officer had indicated to expect an oath invite between 2-3 months
