I was wondering do you know what the process is after the interview? Is there something like security clearance that could be slowing things down? Or does that happen before the test? Just curious because it could be something out of their control?

Has anyone tried calling and asking?

No, I haven't tried contacting. I think it's too early for me.

I called them "CIC" back in December twice and had the same output. They can only access the same information we see on ECAS.

i am new in this forum but apparently having the same case scenario as you . done test on Nov 30 ( Mississauga ) , still showing IP
the CO mentioned that he wish to confirm my dates with CBSA and this would take btw few days to months . what i know is that CIC can get details from CBSA in 24hrs only

Just thought to update u.. My ecas is still in process but i found today a new line saying that thry sent me for extra documents.. I have acstrong feeling that they asked for fingerprints.. Will update u..

Thanks for the update!! Hopefully finger prints is all that it is. Keep us updated when you get the mail. At least you know it's moving
