She just said Mississauga and Ottawa share work. We are tempted to call again

Yeah...if I were you, I would, that's just me personally though. Just to get a bit more information on the situation if you can - since it doesn't seem to be a common occurrence, at least not one others have posted about often.

Really not sure I haven't heard of CPC M transferring to Ottawa and then taking it back to CPC M but it also wouldn't surprise me with Immigration

Have any US Outland decisions come out of CPC M with the new application that you've seen/know of?

All the DMs I've noticed so far have been from VO but maybe there will be decisions coming out of CPC M.

Not that I know of. But I don't know some us Outland have been kept in Mississauga.

your notes are going to be SUPER long... EVERY time you call and email, it gets recorded in the notes and the agent notes of the calls are in there... its interesting

Get this. MP office called back said he was on phone for 45 minutes with IRCC and our app is still in Ottawa. He said whoever talked to us earlier via email gave us the wrong information. He said everything is in perfect order. He told us about 10 times that's it's 100% in Ottawa still.

Jeff unless you have major redflags in your app, you shouldn't be so worried

Don't forget the speed they process your app not only depends on your case but also on the time they spend on others

Your application was received 3.5 months ago so don't be so stressed at least until, for a US applicant, they reach the 6 months mark

With thr useless and incorrect info the call centre is known to give, the more you call, the more you risk getting incorrect info which will make you even more worried

As you said before that she was never convicted, I'm not an immigration expert but I don't think it's a red flag

And even if it was, even if you stress over this every day, it won't speed up the process

The only thing it will do is make you feel miserable for weeks/months

Try to let it go a bit and be patient (easier said than done, I know)

It is not even that I am worried about that. I have seen others get PR. I started this thread because I had never seen anyone get transferred BACK to Mississauga and thought it was unusual

I didn't mean to come off as snippy, sorry about that. I have read about it adding pages to the gcms notes though.
