thanks dear. i am really thinking of sending an email but not sure what to say, or order atip report.

Dear Omsaif,

I'm sorry for you experience today. but honestly i don't suggest you filing a complain yet, who knows maybe she approved it after checking you papers in her office. i would say wait and don't complicate your case.

may be this is her way of interviewing people but this way leads to more complications in our cases. in Canada's justice system there is a presumption that the person is Innocent until the opposite is proven. so, officers have to treat us the same way. i was treated us i am laying about my residency before saying one word. i argue that nobody can get confused about my application or suspect anything. that is why i am really upset

omsaif, you are just assuming there is some complications and you don't have a sold ground for that assumption. she didn't accuse you of anything, she said she need to check your application back at her office so let her check. she will find everything is straight forward and she will approve your application.

Its all assumptions at this point. Relax.

Who knows, you're getting your oath notice in a week, and all these assumptions will quickly disappear. :P

thank you guys for your support. i will wait as you have advised

Guys, any idea how long is the journey from when CIC sends the file to Ottawa office to test date?

you will receive the test after 8 months from sending the application, according to our cases, or 6 month from in process date.
good luck

hello guys,

did anyone receive oath invitation for this week from this forum? :D..

I have sent my application in Nov. 2014 and have received the AOR in late Jan. The ecas says it is in process since Feb. 13th. How long does it take to get transferred to Ottawa office?

:D one of my friend said that Ottawa's average for oath is 2 month which is excellent. let's cross fingers.
