Ottawa 2020 citizenship applications.

Yes the Oath went well, can't say it was smoothly though cuz CIC Ottawa Admin sent the wrong Zoom link and Password in the notification. But they responded within 20 mins after I emailed them my concern and issue of connection. Judging by the screen, there were about 35 participants in max including applicants either single or as a family.

I received test invite last week on April 20th. Passed test today April 27th.

Application received : April 17th 2020
AOR: September 24th 2020
In Process: December 23rd 2020
Test invitation: April 20th 2021
Test passed: April 27th 2021

City- Ottawa. But I received invite from Niagra falls office

congrats. maybe niagra falls office is helping ottawa office with test invitations now. ircc is always one step ahead of being mysterious lol.

That's interesting to see another office is processing your application. Have you moved cities during the process of your application?

Or maybe, did you by any chance order gcsm before? If you did, was ottawa your secondary office or niagra falls?
 
I didn't order gcms and I didn't move as well. I know 3 ottawa applicants got their invites from Niagra falls so it seems that they are the ones handling citizenship applications for ottawa.

I received my invitation from Ottawa's office a month ago. Maybe something recently has happened to offload work to Niagara Falls!

I am happy for you. I wonder what strategy they use to process the application. My Application was submitted on January 2020 and no new at all.
 
Thanks for starting this thread - I am a May 2020 Ottawa applicant and one of the unlucky ones that has never been able to access ECAS. Lets keep each other posted - an positive!!:)

I sent a webform and they just said it was in process - they didn't say what date it went into process and didn't mention anything in response to my request for some assistance to access my ECAS.
