oh so you meant the 8 immigration pictures? and the pictures of myself and my partner go in the proof? got you!

and yeah, ivebeen using the checklists. theyre a bit of a nightmare. the west europe guide says that i must include proof of relationship to my partner in this part. but people are talking about putting the proof in another envelope? this is what is confusingme? such as letters of correspondance, photos together and etc are listed on the west europe guide but people are putting them in different envelopes?

the organising of these documents is probably the hardest part!

Yes, the immigration photos are what go with the applicant's forms.

It's best for organization purposes to put the relationship proof in it's own folder. It's usually the largest part of the application. The forms could easily get lost in there

In my folder, it was my forms, photocopy of passport page, birth cert., marriage cert., divorce decree, immigration photos, healthcare card and benefits card clearly reading 'spouse'.

My husband's folder had his forms, birth certificate, driver's license, his divorce decree... I think that's all he had.

Proof folder had copy of lease, cards, trip internaries, passport stamps, receipts, ticket stubs, Yahoo chats, Skype chats, emails, joint bank account, and joint cell phones.

Basically:

Folder 1 - Him
Folder 2 - Me
Folder 3 - US!

This is how we organized it

Envelope 1. Sponsor's Documents (Mine)
Cover Letter
Section A. All the IMM forms
Section B. Copies of all required documents such as passport etc
Section C. All other documents such as employment letter, job acceptance letter etc

Envelope 2. Applicant's Documents (His)
Cover Letter
Section D: All the IMM forms
- We included our relationship essays as part of IMM5490.

Section E: Copies of all documents required
Section F: Any other documents

Envelope 3. Proof of Relationship
Section G, H, I, J, K, L plus cover letter for each section.

I want to include pictures here but I don't know how

thanks guys!

almost got all the forms done. and almost all the evidence. when its done ill try organising it.

again sorry for hijacking this thread. hopefully ill get it all done soon then can forget about mine and help others!!
