Order of Documents?

Hello! I am an American, my husband is sponsoring me to live in Quebec. I am so confused on

1. Order of documents in the spousal sponsorship application itself.

and

2. Do I send it to the Quebec government or Canadian Government first?

Anything additional at the back of all that.

You will send your application to the Canadian government in Mississauga... you do not apply for the CSQ until you are invited to apply.

Oh apologies I could have answered Q2..that's what I get for skim reading and seeing Quebec!

All apps get sent to Mississauga.

I cannot find anything that indicates that you should send it anywhere other than to Mississauga. Refer to the Basic Guide for the addresses which pertain to you (whether an inland or outland application).
