My wife is PR in Canada and soon going to submit the application for my PR. She has not worked in Canada since long as she was pregnent and before that she was out with me some time. Even now she is not working. But she is living with her father. Her father provide her the money as well as i send some times. In addition we have approximately 100,000 CAD in savings in my country and both of us are jointly holding this account. Can it pose a problem not having Option-C but having huge savings??

She doesn't need to show income to sponsor a spouse as long as she is not on social assistance

But if she has still include her Option according to the checklist. The OP stated that she has worked in Canada.
