No, the Option C is more detailed than the NOA - you need to request it separately as CRA will not send this out to you otherwise.

Also just a heads up - It won't have 'Option C' written anywhere on it - it is just titled "Income Tax Return Information - Regular" "RC143 E (04)"

Yes you will need to call and you can just ask for an Option C for Immigration purposes. They will know

what if i attached the option c (notice of assessment from the previous tax year) would there be any problem on my application????

The Option C and the Notice of Assessment are different. If you attached the NOA, CIC will more than likely request that you submit an Option C as well.

You should probably request this soon, as then can take up to a month to arrive

Glad I read this! I totally thought the Notice of Assessment was what I needed.
I called them today - said I will receive in 5-10 business days.
