Option C form

Hi guys,
Quick question, I sent my application in November, but I was unable to include the original of my option c form, as I'm having a huge problem with the post in Belgium and everything from Canada keeps getting returned to sender. So I asked my family to send me the scan, and included why I only had the scan. But now I'm kind of scared they are going to ask for it anyway and delay the processing time. Should I send it now before they start looking at my application? Or do I need a UCI number before I can send anything?

You need to wait until you get your AOR with case #/uci before trying to append anything in the application
