Recently I had applied for a study permit extension and along with that my spouse's work permit extension was also applied... But apart from that my wife had also applied for an optin extension in June...But today she got a message that her optin is approved..So can I withdraw her work application that was done with my study. Will that affect her optin approval...Also I have a query what if my combined application of study permit extension her work permit is approved..can she hold 2 work permit at a time? Please reply Asap
