Regarding PGWP and Spouse open work permit extension

Hi please help me with this query
I am in canada on study permit and will graduate soon this month and will apply for PGWP after i will get my final transcripts and completion letter
And my spouse is also here on spouse open work permit with me
My study permit and my spouse's work permit valid untill august 2020

My query is regarding my spouse's work permit extension

should i include my spouse as a family member in my PGWP application

OR
wait untill my PGWP approves , then my spouse will apply for his work permit extension

You must have a skilled job and 3 payslips in order to apply for your spouse to qualify for a work permit. If you already have that, you can apply together.
