1. No you don't need a lawyer it's just waist of money
2. Before i apply by my self for spousal sponsorship we did get in touch with immigration lawyer her fees are 5000$
3. It's worth if you critical and complicated case
4. For you case no main role they are just smart and they know how immigration agent think or see the case and also they make a lot of money

You can do outland while living in Canada it's faster than the inland

thank you lamyad currently im in the process of preparing my application for spousal inland sponsorship and still thinking if we really need to hire an immigration lawyer to check if our forms are correct and if we have enough proofs that our relationship is genuine.
