I am in the process of extending my Open work permit through the ISR/PSE2023 program
I have a few questions:
1) I don't have a WP attached to an employer ( since its an OPEN WORK PERMIT) and in the options I only have a) apply for a work permit with the same employer b) apply for a work permit for the first time c) restore status d) get new temp resident permit - I added A but its not exactly correct is it?
2) On the employment history - the "City / Town" is it the one I am working from OR the one my company is from - e.g my company is from Montreal but I work remotely in Vancouver.
3) Do I need to add all my 10 years experience even though there isnt enough space? why they just dont MAKE the space ( very annoying)
4) My child is a minor and I need to fill up his extension of Visitor form IMM5708 - the form doesnt realize its a child and therefore does not have employment history - can I just add Not applicable and invent some dates?

you'd may be getting more answers by starting your own thread but, here's what I can say on that:
1) Section 3 select "apply for a work permit with the same employer"
In "DETAILS OF INTENDED WORK IN CANADA", select Open Work Permit for question 1 and leave questions 2 to 8 blank.
2) unsure
3) If you need more space, print out an additional page of the form, complete this section and submit it with your application.
