well I have quite a stange case. need your help guys......well here it goes....i got married married recently. I mean in august itself. My husband has got his study permit as he was going to start a course this month ie September 2010. He applied for it in June and got his Visa in July 1st week. Our marriage got fixed in July and we got married in August. Now the problem as now iam married I would like to accompany my husband. He already holds a valid study permit for a 1 year full time course from september 2010 to December 2011 but he has still not left the country (India). He plans to get his course deferred till January 2011 as he wants to take me along. When he applied for his study permit his status was unmarried....now he is married so how to update his status...what is the process for doing it.....i know i am eligible for open work permit for spouse...but how do I apply for apply for it. How to do so?? and what are the chances of getting the same...As i recently married I really want to go with him...Please help me guys...Anyone else who had the same kind of problem???
