Open Work Permit for my spouse

Hi All,

I would like to understand if my wife qualifies for Open Work Permit.

I am on a work permit with NOC 2174. Also we have filled for Permanent Residency under express entry.

I read online it says with either of above, she can get it, but I want to know if some one has done it and got a response.

Have you applied for the Spousal Open Work Permit?
