I am on a open work permit after my graduation. I want to apply for Inland spousal sponsorship.
Can I apply for open work permit as well with the spousal sponsorship application under the new pilot project because I am already open work permit holder which is expiring on this december....?
Confused ???

hi, you can check out the thread posted by Ponga and will get some info with regards to the matter, but one thing for sure nobody really knows for certain how long...per CIC website it says......

CIC will begin issuing open work permits to eligible applicants in the current SCLPC inventory. SCLPC applicants whose permanent resident applications are received after December 22, 2014 will have their application for an open work permit processed within four months of receipt of their work permit application.
