open work permit for common law partner sponsorship outside canada

Hi when and how to I get the open work permit ...if I do sponsorship common law partner outside Canada?

Do I have to send it in with my application?
and how long would it take to get it? while the application is in process?\ or after?
and for how long would be the open work permit valid?
And do I need LMO if I have that open work visa?

There is no OWP for outland applications.
If you want to have an OWP, you need to find an employer that is willing to do an LMO for you, but that's a separate process from the outland application.
