Hey guys im super excited, i just received a message in my EE profile saying that the province of Ontario is interested in my. If i accept i should directly contact the Province of Ontario Cheesy.
So i would like to know what should i do next

You will have to prepare the set of documents along with ontario form and 1500 demand draft and send them within 45 days of receiving PT. So prepare it, pack it and ship it asap.

You can use your express entry profile number. UCI number will be issused by cic later on.

Need to clarify an open point.

In the CIC website for points calculator under "Adaptability" it is clearly mentioned that the main applicant will get points for spouse education and language ability , then why do they need the employment record and employment referral letters for spouse work experience?

We are not able to secure a referral letter for my spouse from her current organisation.

Can anyone throw some light here?

The spouse experience is not even considered if that exp was gained outside of Canada!! You don't have to submit any letter. Keep the details only in the personal history section of the spouse and not in the c employment history.

Remove the details from work history and the system would not prompt you to submit a reference letter for your spouse but have it in the personal history. In any case, if her experience is not withing Canada, then you won't get any points.

Why don't you download the application guide for human priorities capital stream and read it. You must send a complete application package with application form and all the supporting documents.

i do have all supporting documents, and filled the Ontario Nominee Form.

Good!!

Now, you should really work on being patient. Check your ECAS/myCIC once a day. Check your email regularly (including junk/spam folders). Good luck!
