Is Secondary School Diploma, is a post secondary certificate?

I am a B.Tech guy, if the above statement holds true, can I consider I have two or more post secondary degree?

In AOR they issue, they claim 90 days from the submission of your application and not from the date AOR is issued.

However, more than 70% of applicants have been granted nomination under 90 days while other;s cases have taken from 100-120 days on average but that's mostly from FSW applicants.

Guys I was looking at the spreadsheet and had a question. Did anyone get PPR after submission ? PNP was supposed to be quick. I tried to speak with a call center agent regarding my profile but they are so rude. "You cannot access ECAS because there is a problem with your computer". I just said thank you.

Need your help !!

I recently sent my application for OINP. I just came across this now "Effective March 16, 2015, Ontario Immigrant Nominee Program will no longer accept incomplete Employer and Nominee applications, and will return them to applicants.

An application may be deemed incomplete if, for example:

the application form is illegible or incomplete (all fields must be completed, and questions that are not applicable should be marked "N/A"),"

In my form i have left questions blank where it was not applicable for instance "Travel history to CANADA" "Occupation and Education Obtained in CANADA (For spouse or common-law partner"

What do you think will happen. will they return it to me as incomplete or they will process it.

Can i send a fresh print out of the form duly filled and signed with an explanation letter ? will they accept it ?

I had applied for Sasketswan nomination before Ontario PNP and my application could not proceed due to missing of some document after that I got Ontario nomination request and I did not peruse for Saskatchewan intentionally. what should I write in this response in application form.

Has you been refused refugee status, or an immigrant or permanent resident visa (including a Certificat de selection du Québec (CSQ) or application to the Provincial nominee Program) or visitor or temporary resident visa, to Canada or any other country?

MyCIC account is different from ecas.
For ecas just go to google and type down ecas; the link which says "client application status" will take you to the page where you will have to enter your UCI number , family name , date of birth and country of birth.
Press next and there you will be.
