By the way Andy, why did you have to submit Schedule A form?? isn't this part of the information filled when competing the online application?andy_J said:Its good for you to provide as much information you can give whether it is required or not.
So provide all if possible and highlight in the bank statement.
Six months are fine as you are required to submit last 6 months statement as proof of funds.happynightowl said:Hi guys, I am sorry if this question has been repeated somewhere.
I just want to ask the pay stub for how long will be good for CIC?One year or two years? The summer break is coming and I want to get some documents ready in advance in case I get nomination in the next wo months. Thanks!
No, firstly you have to submit your application except schedule 4 and schedule A, its upto CIC that they can ask for it or not. Other than that I have submited everything including RPRF so one step can be skiped.Cofca said:By the way Andy, why did you have to submit Schedule A form?? isn't this part of the information filled when competing the online application?
They are not asking pay stubs for proof of fund my dear they are asking for the confirmation of his employement that from which date to which date he was employed and whether the the applicant is being paid or the job was voluntary, as they consider experience only if the applicant is being paid by his employer so I would suggest to provide all the pay stubs, if not than initial 6 months and last 6 months should be included in the application.alee667 said:Six months are fine as you are required to submit last 6 months statement as proof of funds.
For PNP I suggest you do submit your Schedule 4 upfront because it is required.andy_J said:No, firstly you have to submit your application except schedule 4 and schedule A, its upto CIC that they can ask for it or not. Andy, I was just wondering why they requested you to complete Schedule A?? what I know (subject to your and others correction) is that the schedule A is meant to show where you have been since attaining age 18.. my question is why do you have to complete it given that you already provided this information as part of online application form (i.e. before you got to the documents list stage).andy_J said:No, firstly you have to submit your application except schedule 4 and schedule A, its upto CIC that they can ask for it or not. As for schedule 4, I think a Provincial Nominee should submit it before they even request for it... Schedule 4 is a must for all Provincial Nominees..
was it shown in the PCC you submitted? if yes, say yes; if it wasn't shown on the pcc say noandy_J said:
One question.
Now as I got the PPR i would be submitting my passport for visa stamping, my question was... when i am giving landing and if the immigration officer asked me that whether I have been to imprisonment or not what should I say...
I was imprisonment for 5 hours on traffic violation
I am in saudia and i believe that the immigration officer will not be able to check whether i was in imprisonment or not and what if say no i have never been in imprisonment would it be OK
It wansnt on PCC as we have 2 seperate police (city police and traffice police) and i was not in city police custody i was in traffic police and the PCC is for criminal check and breaking a traffic signal is not criminal activity so I got the PCC clearly says no criminal record foundmaged_mmh said:was it shown in the PCC you submitted? if yes, say yes; if it wasn't shown on the pcc say no

Forget about Saudi man. That is just a traffic violations. Imprisonment is when you sentenced after proper hearing through legal process for any crime. Just chillandy_J said:
