You have to send your PP to the concerned Visa office and get it stamped (and get your COPR). You have reached the end of the process - You can relax! Good luck and all the very best ! :)

Its COPR - Confirmation Of Permanent Residence. This (along with the visa on the PP , if you are not from a visa exempt country) is the document that allows you to arrive at a Port of Entry in Canada and activate your PR status.

No. I believe it should be attached in your passport. That's why they have requested for the passports. I actually believe the COPR is the permanent residency Visa (which will be printed and attached in your passport). Once you land, you can apply for the permanent residency card (which looks like an ID)..

Cool... thanks; was just wondering because these documents are sensitive...
By the way, have you filled schedule 4?? is it filled by the primary applicant only or by dependents as well..

You don't need a PCC from usa,

I per Cic you need PCC for all the countries you lived in the past 10 years or after you turned 18 which ever is earliest.

Hope that helps if it does +1
Incorrect. Every applicant over 18 years of age requires PCC from all the countries he/she has stayed in for a period of 6 months or more (total time and need not be continuous) needs a PCC since age 18 (There is NO past 10 years exception).

hi friends,
We submitted RPRF fee, days back, but still our ecas shows " we were unable to identify you using the information you provided"
Is that a problem? We tried with both UCI number as well as EE profile number.
What could be the possible reasons ?

This a very old update but since you are unaware, I am going to break it to you. ECAS has been discontinued for EE applicants and it has been like that for a long time; because it is redundant (you have the status in myCIC). You can check the status in your myCIC account.

I was in USA in 2014 for more than 6 months (more than 10 years back).

Do I need to produce FBI PCC ?

I see conflicting acquirement about PCC:
1. Do we need PCC from all countries where we lived after the age of 18 years or
2. Do we need PCC from all countries where we lived in last ten years ?
You need a PCC from the US. There is no 10 year exception here. You need PCCs from ALL countries where you have stayed in for 6 months or more in total since you were 18 years old.
