If I may I ask, what happened that led to you having to submit the duplicate? Is it that your previous submitted file DID NOT INCLUDE the WES report?

I did not include copy of my ECA as I was waiting for the report. They gave me 30 additional days to resubmit.

After I received the report, I include a copy with my application.

But I did not order a duplicate copy yet to be forwarded to OINP as I am waiting for them to ask me it. Any advice?

Uhm ok! So after you submit application you also normally have to order for a duplicate to be sent to OINP IMMEDIATELY. Is that it Vensak? And what address is it sent to precisely?

You are ordering one copy directly to Ontario. Check their website about more details (or check the Ontario guide thread on this forum) about how to order it.
I was using ICAS, and that is the only one where they do not require this additional direct ordering.

For the order, best is if you have some confirmation of the order from WES. Just make screenshot and send it to them per e-mail. So that way they will have everything.

guys, how did/are you putting the TEF number in the profile/eAPR. first number? both numbers? without hyphen? it is a bit confusing.

Just put it exactly as it is written on your certificate. That field does allow other characters and is not size limited (at least not like 8 characters or so).
And pack scan of your TEF and IELTS certificate together with your diplomas and ECA to the education PDF slot. (bundle it in one PDF of course)

Preparing of the ITA

If you have Nomination I do not see why not to accept it (unless you want to start in a different province). The processing time will not be almost influenced by having nomination (the difference is just in 2 - 3 weeks where they get confirmation from your province).
The big advantage is to have one more try if ever your application get cancelled for some silly reason on the first try. (accepted nomination is valid 6 months).
Other advantage is, that you do not have to worry about your score anymore(especially if you are very close to the draw line).

Wise words, I am just evaluating the pros and cons of each choice.
Ontario is a great province anyway, maybe it's smarter to stick with the safety of their 600 points as you mentionned.
